Building an platform co-op for UK interpreters

One of the most exciting projects I've been involved in is establishing a co-operative for professional interpreters in the UK named The Interpreting Collective. I am the originator of the idea, and together with a group of interpreters from other parts of the UK, we are working to bring the concept to the market in 2020.

Interpreting services in the UK need to change

We believe that large private-sector translation agencies have contributed to a serious decline in the quality of UK interpreting services. Professional interpreters are priced out of the market by unqualified and questionable service providers whereas prices for clients remain high. Our goal is to change that. For more information about the project, visit The Interpreting Collective website.

Do you need interpreting services in other languages?

In the meantime, if you are looking for a qualified and reliable interpreter in a language other than Polish or in other parts of the UK, please let me know and I might be able to help you find one.

Are you a qualified interpreter?

If you are an interpreter based in the UK and have not heard about the initiative yet, visit the link included above and get involved!
